I can do this, I will do this – I Set My Intention
Join us for an intention setting practice and enjoy some minutes of mindfulness. Our intention is stay focused and remind ourselves that we can and will smash all of our goals.
Focus on what it is that you want to achieve.
Imagine yourself conquering that goal.
How will it make you feel when you achieve it?
Keep this thought in mind and repeat after me:
I CAN DO THIS, I WILL DO THIS
